Going for Gold!

Congratulations to the five British Section students who received their Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award from the British Ambassador to France, Dame Menna Rawlings, today at the British Embassy in Paris: Genevieve, Emily, Luca, Marlène and Charlotte.

Leading women

Congratulations to British Section student, Albane (Terminale - Year 13), for being selected as a finalist in the Ambassador for a Day competition launched by the British Embassy in Paris to promote women in leadership as part of International Women's Day.

1ère trip

Seventy-one British Section 1ère students (Year 12) participated on a 3-day residential trip to Rotterdam and Amsterdam as part of their BFI History-Geography course.

London trip

Terminale students (Year 13) visit the Imperial War Museum and National Gallery in London, and still find some time for shopping in Covent Garden prior to the Christmas holidays.

Académie Française

British Section students visit the Académie Française to meet Sir Michael Edwards, the first and only British academic elected to the prestigious Académie Française, founded by Cardinal Richelieu in 1635 to uphold the French language and recognise outstanding academic achievement.  

Oxford MUN

British Section students were among the Lycée International's delegation to the annual MUN conference held in Oxford University. The Oxford International Model United Nations conference (OxIMUN) is Europe’s premier Model United Nations conference.

Concours Général

Congratulations to Mia de Gaulejac for winning 3rd prize in the national Concours Général in English. The Concours Général is the most prestigious academic competition held every year for high school students in France, and schools are allowed to put forward up to five students per subject.
