This year's Christmas fête at the Lycée International will be held on Saturday 27 November 2021 in the Château d'Hennemont and grounds of the Lycée International. Each Section will run a number of stalls selling seasonal traditional crafts, national food and dishes. Doors open at 10h00 and you will find a range of British Section products:
- Cakes and home produce with a range of scrumptiously tempting hampers including: "All I want for Christmas is Biscuits", "Last Christmas I Gave you my Jam", "The Very Special MIL’s Hamper", "Tea Time at the British Section", and "The Great British Apéritif"! (Note: MIL = Mother-in-Law)
- The Bookshop selling an ever popular spread of second hand books ideal for "reading" on Boxing Day complete with it’s own fully browsable and buyable website http://www.britishsectionbooks.com/; and
- The Curry Stand, the Tuck Shop, and the Tombola stall (roll-up, roll-up!) and much, much, more from the other sections….
All proceeds from the fête will go to support school-wide projects to benefit our pupils. You can also find a range of British Section produce on the Club International website.
