Mainstream admissions

Application for entry in September 2025

We are looking for age-appropriate ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English, and the potential and support to maintain development of these skills whilst being educated in a primarily francophone environment.
Please click here for some examples of what we consider to be age-appropriate use of English at different levels.

The number of places available in our mainstream classes is dependent upon the number of leavers at the end of the school year. This often means that places only become available towards the end of the school year. The deadline for maternelle, primary and collège applications for families based in the local area is Friday 10 January 2025 and entrance assessment will take place from January to March 2025, and May 2025 for our youngest candidates (see Entrance Assessment Dates below for details).
Families based outside Europe should contact our Admissions Officer to arrange online entrance assessment in March if there are places available. Families based abroad who have missed the deadline, should contact our Admissions Officer.
For information on the places available in our mainstream primary and secondary classes, click below on Current situation.
For initial enquiries, please complete this online form. If you decide to proceed with an application for your child to the British Section, please see application procedure below. Click below for dates of entrance assessments.
