Application for entry in September 2021

The number of places available in our mainstream classes is dependent upon the number of leavers at the end of the school year. This often means that places only become available towards the end of the school year. The deadline for maternelle, primary and collège applications for families based in the local area is Thursday 21 January 2021 and entrance assessment will take place in March 2021, and May 2021 for our youngest candidates (see Entrance Assessment Dates below for details). The deadline for applications for Seconde is Thursday 7 January 2021 and entrance assessment will take place on Wednesday 27 January 2021 (see Entrance Assessment Dates below for details).
Families based overseas should contact our Admissions Officer to arrange online entrance assessment in March if there are places available. Families based abroad who have missed this deadline, should contact our Admissions Officer.
For information on the places available in our mainstream primary and secondary classes, click below on Current situation.
For initial enquiries, please complete this online form. If you decide to proceed with an application for your child to the British Section, please see application procedure below. Click below for dates of entrance assessments.

Petite Section (born 2018) – this new class at the École Internationale will be made up of 10-14 externé children.

Moyenne Section (born 2017) – this class at the École Internationale will be made up of 14-15 externé children. Currently there are 13 children in Petite Section who should move up to Moyenne Section in September 2021 which means there are at least 1-2 externé places available.

Grande Section (born 2016) – this is a good point of entry as we expect to run three classes, two at the École Internationale and one at École Jehan Alain. There are approximately 30 places available, the majority of which will be externé places.

CP (born 2015) – there will be three classes, two at the École Internationale and one at the École Félix Éboué. There are at least 2 places available at the École Internationale and 2-3 full-time places available at the École Félix Éboué.

All new pupils at the École Internationale from CE1 upwards will be externés, with the exception of those enrolled in the Français Spécial French immersion class.

CE1 (born 2014) – the number of places available will depend upon end-of-year departures.

CE2 (born 2013) – the number of places available will depend upon end-of-year departures.

CM1 (born 2012) – the number of places available will depend upon end-of-year departures.

CM2 (born 2011) – regrettably we are unable to accept any applications for this class, other than for those children who require our French immersion class Français Spécial.

Sixième (born 2010) – the number of places available will depend upon end-of-year departures. Successful candidates will be enrolled at the Collège Pierre et Marie Curie, Le Pecq or the Collège Les Hauts Grillets, Saint-Germain-en-Laye depending on their home address. Any available places at Collège International will be reserved for non-francophone students who require the Français Spécial French immersion class.

Cinquième (born 2009), Quatrième (born 2008) and Troisième (born 2007) – regrettably we are unable to accept any applications for these classes, other than for those children who require our French immersion class Français Spécial.

Seconde (Year 11 - born 2005) – the entrance test for Seconde will take place on Wednesday 27 January 2021. However, it is highly unlikely that there will be any places for new enrolments in this class for the school year 2021-22. Successful applicants will be placed on the waiting list, but we will not know before July whether any places have become available in this mainstream class.

Première (Year 12 - born 2004) – regrettably we are unable to accept any applications for this class.

Terminale (Year 13 - born 2003) – no applications can be received for this class, other than for students already enrolled at an OIB school in Première.
